Parents are invited to attend a discussion titled “How to help your child succeed in school,” sponsored by the City High PSTO on Wednesday, Feb. 9. Educational consultant Ron Mirr will offer insight and advice for ways parents can become involved to encourage success for their students. Mirr is a social worker who has worked as a mental health clinician, a school administrator, and a consultant to educational, health and human service agencies.
