A message from HOOVER ELEM SCHOOL:
Good evening Hoover Families. This is Principal Diane Bradford. I am calling this evening to inform you that I have resigned from my position as Principal at Hoover Elementary. My last day will be Wednesday, November 21, 2012. This has been a difficult decision to make. The Hoover staff has been very supportive and a wonderful group to work with; however, due to medical reasons I find the need to resign from this position. I anticipate returning in the new year to the Iowa City Community School District in a different capacity and Hoover will remain our family school. I wish everyone the best and I will continue to support Hoover as a parent. The school district is working to hire an interim principal through the end of this school year and that information will be communicated as soon as it is available. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you this past year and a half.
