There is a need in the lunch room for a little extra adult presence. Please consider taking time out of your day to come have lunch with your child and get to know their friends, help children with various needs (opening milk cartons, ketchup, etc. ) and encourage a positive lunch room experience. There is a full time attendant present so you wouldn't be 'in charge'. If we all take one day we can easily fill the entire school year. We are using VolunteerSpot.com to organize this endeavor. It is fast, easy and will even send you a reminder.
