Volunteers Needed

Seek to obtain 10 volunteers for February 6-10, 2012 – Pam Ehly, the Curric. & Instruction Director, has asked for 10 volunteers per school to assist with the sorting of our newly purchased Language Arts series materials. We will begin using them in August 2012. The district recommends that volunteers work a half day (either am or pm) for a full week (Monday through Friday), however nothing prohibits them from working 5 full days. The work will take place at the ESC in one of the warehouses. There will be one or two people who will be coordinating the bar coding for all 13 sites over the four month period. They will provide the orientation to volunteers. Once our school materials have all bar codes affixed, the materials will either be a) sent to our school for storage until used August 2012 or b) stored and sent to our school in June 2012 for use in August 2012.
